QC has been proactive in helping the Bosnian people to overcome their plight since the early nineties and opened its rst of ce in the Balkans in 1994 in Sarajevo, the heart of Europe. In the summer of 1994, branch of ces were opened in four major cities: Tuzla, Zenica, Kladen and Kan to directly provide humanitarian aid and to supervise and monitor work progress closely. Since opening its of ce in the country, QC has provided nearly 55 million U.S. Dollars in aid bene ting Bosnians. The Of ce aimed to contribute in the area of social care, in particular Orphans, poor families and students with special needs.
